Many older and vulnerable adults nationwide face overwhelming challenges as they try to navigate complex medical systems, decisions about their future, and daily care needs without informed guidance. When no reliable advocate is available, even basic life management tasks can become sources of stress, confusion, and risk.
Senior Advocacy Group was created to offer a comprehensive solution that empowers clients to live with dignity, independence, and peace of mind. By providing expert, personalized Trusted Agent and LifeCare Management services, we help remove the burden from families and work to ensure that every client has a trusted advocate by their side when they need it most.
Clients receive trusted agent support through coordinated care management, legally authorized healthcare surrogate, and power of attorney services where permitted. As a network member, you and your trained staff will handle everything from paying bills and coordinating health insurance benefits to attending medical appointments, overseeing transitions in housing or long-term care, and responding to crises.
To make our model widely accessible, Senior Advocacy Group has built a scalable system that equips our members to serve a broad and growing client base. A structure with room for expansion into premium offerings, multiple service channels, and a purpose-led mission help position each Trusted Agent and LifeCare Management business to grow alongside its owner. As an independently owned franchisee, you join a supportive network dedicated to helping its members.
Support for network members includes immersive training, structured onboarding, and continued learning opportunities tailored to real-world needs. Members also gain access to a fully vetted suite of technology tools, cross-referrals from other network members, service protocols, and a supportive community of professionals committed to informed, compassionate care.
As the network continues to expand across major markets, the brand remains focused on helping clients of all ages find the guidance they need. Senior Advocacy Group is building a national presence grounded in trust, expertise, and a commitment to doing what’s right for every person we serve.
Shelley R. Perry founded Senior Advocacy Group after caring for her mother-in-law, whose Alzheimer’s left her vulnerable to financial scams and online fraud. Shelley’s experience, paired with her expertise as a Trust and Estates attorney and former Corporate Trustee, led her to build a model that seeks to protect individuals before a crisis hits.
Shelley is originally from Illinois and settled in Naples in 2010. She co-founded Senior Advocacy Group with longtime friend and colleague Linda Flores in 2020 and remains active in policy and professional education through the Professional Fiduciary Council of Florida and STEP Global, and she writes and speaks frequently on Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, and Guardianship laws.
For Linda O. Flores, co-founding Senior Advocacy Group was rooted in both purpose and personal experience. After helping care for loved ones who were dealing with serious health challenges, she committed herself to guiding families through similarly overwhelming journeys, especially those who lack strong local support.
A Chicago native and longtime Naples resident, Linda brings more than 25 years of private banking experience, a background in teaching, and fluency in Spanish to her work. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and tireless advocate and contributes to organizations including Age-Friendly Collier, Legal Aid Service of Collier County, and the Professional Fiduciary Council of Florida.
